Ability to priorities, organize and reply to a large volume of incoming and outgoing emails, while maintaining and updating multiple databases.
Coordinate a variety of offsite events with colleges and outreach organizations.
These events are mostly attended during work hours; however, there may be times they are scheduled on weekends or off hours.
Must have intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite software; specifically MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Must have some experience working with HR applicant tracking system.
Very strong organization, communication and multi-tasking skills.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
This individual will play a critical part in preparing different orientation and events planned for 10-week program.
In addition to becoming familiar with steps involve for the preparation of college and outreach career fairs for 2024 intern program.
This individual will assist with managing over 3000 resumes, updating Applicant Tracking system and intern databases, finalizing processing for over 100
interns.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
