Cleans interior of all municipal buildings and restroom facilities.
Stocks and keeps inventory of paper products and cleaning supplies.
Notifies Buildings & Grounds Foreman of maintenance issues noticed.
Shovels snow from municipal driveways and sidewalks, and spreads de-icing agents on walkways.
Perform routing cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by the buildings & grounds foreman.
Works with cleaning supplies using safe practices and disinfectants.
REQUIREMENTS:
A High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
Must be available to work for prolonged periods and/or overtime during emergencies such as snowstorms and other weather-related events and remain on the job until all repairs have been made.
Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform essential duties of the position.
