painting, caulking, HVAC repairs, plumbing repairs, lock repairs, window/door repairs, electrical repairs, appliance repairs, preventative maintenance, and changing light bulbs, filters and batteries.
The technician will also be responsible for implementing construction related maintenance activities, assist in preparing paperwork, implementing schedules and procedures, and providing support to our Director of Construction.
