The Goddard Schools of Millburn and Maplewood are Reggio-Emilia influenced, and have a trilingual (English, Spanish, Mandarin) global curriculum.
As an Assistant Resource Teacher, you will:
Support your team to implement creative hands-on activities and projects based on your observations of children's interests and skills.
Support learning opportunities that encourage curiosity, exploration, problem-solving, critical, and creative thinking Create and support a caring classroom environment in which students learn cooperatively, and interact positively with one another Model respectful interactions with students of diverse backgrounds while responding to their individualized needs Requirements:
Passion for working with young children (birth through 5) Desire for flexibility in supporting all classrooms Excellent communication Experience working with young children and colleagues Job Type:
