Job Description:
Conduct initial client intake assessment including thorough parent/caregiver interview, reviewing all medical, educational and other relevant documents including formal evaluations, conducting a formal assessment using an assessment tool such as the Vineland-3, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.
Develop formal treatment plan based on assessment results Review treatment plan with family Develop extensive program to reflect areas for growth along with goals and objectives for client for skill acquisition as well as targets for reduction, if appropriate Train registered behavior technician in intervention strategies detailed in treatment plan and provide ongoing supervision Provide parent training sessions as detailed in the client's individualized treatment plan Provide ongoing support and oversight regarding programs and implementation (including but not limited to modeling, providing feedback, conducting trainings, collecting IOA data, etc.
) Develop and maintain a positive rapport with families and pair with clients Support technicians in developing behavior analytical skills and provide a positive learning environment Complete accurate treatment notes and submit within the appropriate time frame Strictly follow BACB guidelines Participate in team meetings and provide valuable input as it relates to the clients you service We are looking for individuals who have:

Be able to lift 25-50 pounds Be able to move quickly in your immediate environment, sit on the floor, bend down, squat and kneel, run short distances Must have access to own vehicles for transportation to client homes or other locations throughout area of service delivery
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Completion of background check Completion of two professional reference checks Completion of company training within 30 days of hire date 1 year of experience working as a BCBA Knowledge of child developmental milestones Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder Ability to develop a positive rapport with each client and family while maintaining instructional control and implementing the treatment plan Job Types:
