Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb Stairs GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Routine Maintenance Clean Bathrooms Stock-paper products, soap etc.
Vacuum/Sweep/Mop as needed Make sure exterior walkways are free of debris Make sure exterior lights are on in the evening Empty Garbage reline cans as needed Clean windows Building exterior- trash, leaves etc.
EVENT SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare space for scheduled events Set up tables and chairs per renter's request Check facilities- bathrooms, trash etc.
Check building exterior- Leaves, debris etc.
Greet Renter and walk through the space with them Make minor adjustments to set up if requested Confirm condition of space Review rules, finish time, what to do with garbage etc.
Remain accessible if not present for duration of function Be available as needed, lights, tables, spills etc.
Conclusion of event:
Help with clean-up, garbage etc.
Check space for damage Clean up and reset for next event if necessary depending on schedule Job Type:
