Historical Roofing Construction Project Manager

This position is for an experienced Roofing Construction Project Manager in historical slate roofing installations. Plan, direct, or coordinate activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of roofing structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a roofing construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. For the right person, we will discuss an equity position.
This is a critical position in the organization. The individual must have a complete understanding of:
1. Our Specialty Roofing Group has been performing new slate roof installations, replacements and slate service for residential, institutional, historic and private projects.
2. Knowledge of working with public works, prevailing wage issues and the entire bid process
3. Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
4. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
5. Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations.
6. Manage all decisions and tasks relating to the successful completion of each project
7. Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with environmental regulations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
