Sous Chef

Lorena's Restaurant in The Maplewood Village is looking to expand it's Kitchen team.
We are accepting resumes to fill a full time Sous chef position.
Our cuisine is deeply rooted in French technique. Seasonal menus/farm to table.
needs to be able to:
understand sous vide technique, proper ordering, inventory and most importantly operating a well seasoned kitchen. 4-5 days a week. 50-60 hours max.
We are looking for that highly motivated, passionate and detail oriented individual who can lead a kitchen and that wants to immerse his or herself among other restaurant professionals.
10 years of cooking in a serious kitchen is a must! Fast food does not count!!!
Culinary degree is preferred but not necessary. Must be willing to sign 1 year contract .

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
